TFQ-BC Test Fixture for Quantum Efficiency Measurements of Superstrate Devices
The test fixture is designed to hold superstrates up to 25 mm x 25 mm with up to 8 devices for QE/IPCE measurements. The test fixture cell selector is computer controlled via USB.

Please send PV Measurements a drawing of the probe locations relative to the superstrate to ensure that the test fixture will work well with your devices. The test fixture can be configured for common anode or common cathode, please let us know which one you prefer.
