TFI-BC Test Fixture for I-V Measurements of Superstrate Devices

The test fixture is designed to hold superstrates up to 25 mm x 25 mm with up to 8 devices for I-V measurements. The test fixture cell selector is computer controlled via USB.

The test fixture can be configured for common anode or common cathode, please let us know which one you prefer.
